The Peninsula New York introduces Kitchen Table at Clement, a monthly dinner series taking place at the restaurant’s communal table overlooking Fifth Avenue.
Each month, guests will enjoy an interactive multi-course dinner alongside Clement’s creative culinary team. Each dinner will focus on seasonal themes or regions, where guests will have the undivided attention of the chef throughout the entire evening with the ability to ask questions, share recipes and gain a true understanding of the inspiration behind the menu.

Explore the culinary delights of southeastern France at the May Kitchen Table dinner. The menu will draw inspiration from the decadence and sophistication of spring in the French Riviera as well as Chef Frederic’s French heritage and will feature the region’s pristine seafood paired with vivacious wines from coastal vineyards.Sample Menu Items:
