Clement offers a fresh take on weekend brunch with an à la carte menu including Savory, Sweet and For the Table options. 

Signature dishes include: Lobster Tartine, a crispy, buttery Pumpernickel toast topped with fresh lobster salad with a hint of tarragon, finished with a house made lemon puree; and Clement's special Chicken and Waffles topped with a creamy and tart strawberry butter and ranch emulsion to compliment the slight spice of the Harissa that dresses the crispy chicken breasts.

Enhance the brunch experience with free-flow bubbles, mimosas or bellinis. A prix-fixe brunch is also available for US$ 56 per person and includes your choice of an appetizer, entrée, side dish and brunch cocktail. 

Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.
